Casteist Comment is an initiative under our dedicated platform, Caste Patrol, aimed at exposing caste-based insults and abuse directed at members of the Scheduled Castes in the digital space.

Prosecutable comments are reported under the relevant sections of the SC & ST (PoA) Act, 1989, to the Nodal Officers nominated under Rule 9 of the SC & ST (PoA) Rules, 1995, for necessary legal action.
